Stadium Cafe is a nice baseball themed spot right across from Meiji Jingu Stadium. The staff was very friendly to this non-Japanese speaker. The Avacado burger was tasty and affordable.

Staff are lovely. They have the best pancakes, I loved it. Maple syrup with the pancake goes really well. One day outside rain was pouring, wasn't able to go out and they were the only option for the lunch as it was where our hotel was. I am vegetarian and although they didn't have any vegie burgers, they prepared one for me with no problem and it was very nice. Thank you for the burger and best pancake I have ever eaten

I am on holidays from Australia. I stayed in the hotel upstairs and decided to try this place out. I enjoyed the food, the workers and the atmosphere. I ate here 4 times during my 2 week stay in tokyo. The prices are good and you will always be full. I will eat here again when I come back to Japan.
